My thermostat and valves stopped connecting to the boiler relay within 2 weeks of purchase. It has been very difficult to contact customer services. The standard way is via a web form, and they are very slow to respond to this. Given they are very fast to take my money and ship almost £1000 of their products I thought their customer service would be as fast. I was wrong. I finally managed to get a response when they switched on chat on their zendesk help link. Apart from this one reply there has been no other contact. I’m frustrated and cold (we have to manually switch the heating on and off). I am regretting not going with a competitor such as Tado or Eve, but I’ve spent too much money to switch.
