Product works well and is easy to setup. I’ll be buying more radiator valves In due course. Would be 5 stars except two points * does not contain mounting hardware or instructions on how to fit over a standard uk back box * does not play nicely with my Mesh network. I’ve had to setup a separate 2.4G network for my Netatmo doorbell and thermostat

Painful to set up & unreliable, horribly expensive if no discount available. Have used these before, it’s like trying to set up the internet in 1995, system drops offline and complains that internet isn’t working, check down detector & the netatmo Twitter account for customer complaints, hours later there is a response from customer services. Saved money due to the fact couldn’t turn heating on, discovered apple HomeKit would sometimes control when netatmo app didn’t work. It’s a shame, some aspects are good, other aspects are very, very poor. 12C in away mode and 7C as a minimum setting for frost protection is far too high. Abysmal U.K. housing stock: most rooms, it’s barely possible let alone affordable to heat all rooms to double digits. Living the dream.

absolutely love the thermostat and trv's. had a different brand matching the boiler and for 2 years caused only problems. once i had netatmo installed, my heating was finally timed, the boiler reacted to truthful changes in temperature plus they all look great. love the boost in temperature for a set time so i don't gave to change the whole schedule. super happy

All working so far. Installation easy and the app seems straightforward to use.
