What does the refurbishment of Netatmo products with Cordon involve?
This product has been refurbished in France by our contractor Cordon. It has been inspected, tested, and cleaned to be fully functional. It has undergone all necessary interventions to restore its functionalities and remove all data recorded or retained related to previous use or a previous user. Grade A products will show no visible aesthetic deterioration from 30 centimetres away. When you buy a refurbished product, you benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty, as mentioned in our general terms and conditions of sale.

The Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren is equipped with an alarm: an integrated Outdoor Siren, which the Smart Outdoor Camera does not have. All other features of the Smart Outdoor Camera, such as the exterior light, the motion detector, night vision (15 metres), easy installation (installation kit included with the Cameras), real-time alerts, image quality, weather resistance, etc., are similar to those of the Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren (except for the alarm mentioned above). Each of these Cameras is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit. These two surveillance cameras are available with free delivery on the Netatmo shop, and the recommended retail prices including VAT of the two products also differ.
