Fred Potter
Founder of Netatmo and technical director of Legrand's Eliot program
Engineer from Telecom ParisTech and holder of a PHD in Microelectronics, Fred is a passionate entrepreneur who has been reinventing objects we use in our everyday lives for over 20 years.
In 1999, he started CIRPACK, a telecommunications supplier, later bought by TECHNICOLOR; and WITHINGS, sold to NOKIA, before creating NETATMO in 2011.
His vision: a company where every employee knows how the business and projects grow and where daily life is driven by a strong sense of innovation, empowerment, hard work and sharing.
Philippe Citroën
Managing Director
Philippe holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences (MSG) from the University of Paris 1. He has more than 25 years of experience in consumer electronics, in the fields of sales, marketing and management.
He began his career at Sony France where he held various positions and was Managing Director of Sony France from 2005. For almost 10 years, he implemented new distribution strategies, repositioned the brand and actively contributed to the development of the company's sales, market share and profit.
In 2013, Philippe sets up his own consulting structure for entrepreneurs and business leaders. He accompanies companies specialized in marketing and sales in their development and growth.
Philippe defines and coordinates the company's international development strategy and implements synergies with the Legrand Group. He manages Netatmo's sales, marketing and finance teams in France and abroad.
