Our premises.
Former Renault industrial workshops, located on the Banks of the Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, Mtal 57 is a high-end building restored with a focus on conserving the architecture and adapting to new uses. Innovation was at the heart of the thinking that led to the design of these spaces, which meet diverse needs thanks notably to numerous services accessible to employees (RIE, food court, fitness rooms, etc.). The building is also characterized by a strong social commitment and an ambitious environmental approach.
Alexandre Menu, General Manager of Netatmo.
Alexandre is responsible for the overall management and development of the company. In this key role, he oversees all operations, leads long-term strategy, and implements key initiatives to drive growth and foster innovation.
As General Manager, he works closely with the leadership teams to define and execute strategic plans, thereby strengthening Netatmo's position in the international market.
Before joining Netatmo, Alexandre held the position of Vice President of Energy Efficiency at Legrand. With 16 years of experience within the group's international subsidiaries, he has worked in Egypt, China, Southeast Asia, and France. He began his career by launching and developing the Cablofil cable trays business in Spain and Portugal for 8 years, before the company was acquired by the Legrand group in 2005.
Fraud and Illegal Behavior Alert System
The Legrand Group has implemented a system, applicable across all its subsidiaries, that allows anyone to alert the Group about an illegal, unethical, and/or dangerous action or behavior affecting the public interest, individuals, or the company. These alerts can be reported to the Group Compliance Officer and the Group Human Resources Director via legrand.signalement.net.
As specified in the Group Charter of Fundamentals, the group ensures protection against retaliation for whistleblowers. Thus, no one may incur reprisals or threats of reprisals for having reported in good faith an ethics or fraud problem.
The information collected by all recipients of the report and the individuals concerned remains strictly confidential. Personal data is collected in compliance with legal provisions, notably in accordance with the amended Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. The individuals concerned (whistleblower, persons involved in the collection or processing of the alert, person subject to an alert as a presumed victim or witness of the facts) may exercise their right of access through the system or by mail addressed to the Group Compliance Officer. Through the exercise of this right, these individuals will not receive any data relating to third parties.
